Incantation - Diabolical Conquest I haven't listened to this in so many years, I don't remember any of it. My tastes have definitely changed, I'm enjoying it this time around.

But silence can also be beautiful, but I only enjoy that in nature. Silence at home is just weird somehow. Only thing I always like, when there is a stom outside at night. My bed is right under the window, so I can just lie down and listen to the storm or rain.

Here, I can listen to my music, or the lovely music blasting from nearby cars, or the music coming from boom boxes outside where people are hanging out on the sidewalk, accompanied by random verbal arguments, an assortment of amusing sirens, and the faint rumble of the nearby elevated train. It's nothing if not a "stimulating" environment.

I'm not feeling very well this last 3 days so there really isn't any music that I would like to listen. Besides, I'm watching tv shows all day and since I'm not one of those who can watch tv and listen to music, I don't listen to anything. My roommates are gone most of the day so it's pretty silent here but I'll have to deal with it.

I thought you were listening to the doom band from Yorkshire. They're one of my favorites in the genre.

I'd seriously recommend that album, The Kiss-The Hope to you, it sounded weird. There's a lot of variation in the sound through the album, and there's even a track that sounds a lot like Tom Waits. I couldn't quite get into it but I liked a fair amount of it.

Transatlantic - Shine They can do better than this, but the solo by Stolt is amazing.

'Frozen Asleep In The Park' by Communic. The vocals are a huge help here, but the music is good as well. This drumming is especially noteworthy.

That one is really underrated, it seems to be often passed over in favor of the Craig Pillard era. I think Diabolical Conquest is every bit as good as their first two, but it probably doesn't hurt that I'm a huge The Chasm fanboy and Daniel Corchado does bass and vocals on the album. 'Becoming of Man' by Communic. This band's technical and heavy side has increased, but their melodic sense is getting a little muddled. Their main weakness now is that their choruses aren't particularly memorable. Not Mystic Prophecy-level worthlessness in the refrain, but not very memorable. I hope this morphs into something stronger, the first song barely left an impression but this song is not bad so far and the second track was good.
