after two 1.5kg of steak meals that amount could not be repeated. The one meal per 48 hours lasted 2 weeks, digestion did not adapt. adjustment alternate day fasting. 1 kg of steak or ground beef with ground organs, raw yogurt, raw eggs, honey or juice.
Problems with smoking tobacco and steak only, my moderate evening smoking was causing way too intense wooshing head rushes and loss of co-ordination, think about tobacco induced nutrient deficiency. Also seemed to not be sleeping well. Possible link between permanent ketosis and poor sleep, getting tired and lower mental energy. Solution - end of day carbs - fresh made apple or orange juice if motivated, honey if lazy = no more wooshy and good sleep. 
Effect of dairy free = no farting. No other benefits noticed so let me buy raw milk and make raw yogurt. Drink raw milk = extreme farting/eat raw yogurt = no farts/eat too much raw yogurt = a couple of farts. 
Life is better with one bulletproof coffee in the morning.
Ground beef is better with ground organs, so tasty and satiating. 
Consuming large amounts of animal fats makes fasting easy. The body is less hungry because it is not experiencing sugar rushes/crashes and it is not being starved of animal fats.

Hey kids, how's about instead of giving you my top 10 albums from some random year in metal I give you my top 10+ albums from each year since my early teens all the way up to the present day in a mix of genres? It'll be mostly metal of course because that's what I mostly listen to, but there will be some other things mixed in here and there as well.
Wasn't sure quite where to post this monster but after poking around the site a bit I think this thread seems like the most logical place to me. I initially tried hard to keep this to just 10 albums for each year. There were a few of the 70's years that I couldn't even come up with 10 albums. But by the 1980's I was managing to do 10 per year pretty well for awhile. But when I got up to the late 2000's and especially into the 2010's I couldn't even pretend to pull that off so I finally just said "fuck it" and threw caution to the wind as I often do and just let my list fly as it stood. I have forced myself to edit several of the recent years down to 20 when they went over because you have to draw the line somewhere. But I'll be saving this list to refer back to and I want to make sure I get all my favorites on here.
I'm sure many of you will disagree with my choices thinking that I've left out some truly essential shit or maybe you'll think I've included some questionable selections but I really make these kinds of comprehensive lists more for myself than for anyone else. I'm sure I'll be kicking myself after I've posted this because I'll realize I've left off some important favorites and I'll come back and edit them in but for now I think I've covered most of them. There are some albums and bands that I really love that do not appear on this list that I think are better than some others that are on this list, but I was really putting things up against what else was released that same year. So in other words sometimes a band's 2nd or 3rd best album can be one of the best from one year while maybe what I consider to be their best album might not have made the cut the year it was released, it all depends. Some bands I love didn't even make the list at all because they were active in years with too much competition. Also I'm judging these albums by how I feel about them now, not necessarily how I might have felt about them when they were released.
I do one of these epic 30 or 40 year lists every few years because I find it fascinating how my tastes have changed so much over the years little by little and it's cool to see how my lists have filled out as I've continued to discover more bands and albums from years gone by. As much as I keep myself primarily focused on the current calendar year and the last few years I do also discover lots of great older stuff that I'd somehow missed in my travels. If I would have made this list 10 years ago or even 5 years ago I'm sure it would look a bit different. Just as I'm sure it will look somewhat different when I make it again in another 5 or 10 years. I might come back at some point and take individual years and drill down into them to go into more detail about some of the albums and what they mean to me but for now just compiling the list was enough of a project. 46 hours fasting, 2 hours eating. 
I eat cooked steak, I was dabbling with The Primal Diet, pretty much lost interest in that. Dairy causes flatulence, raw meat is tender but not satisfying in taste or satiation. 
I was looking at circadian rhythm, strangely it is healthier for a human body to eat in the morning. Or at least during daylight. Eating in the morning is no problem for me.

My daughter born 2005 talks to me on the phone about punk, speed metal and black metal. I don't know how much she actually listens, or how music obsessed she is because my only contact is phone. Her mother raised her on Storm, Isengard and the first 2 Ulver albums. I recently bought her some black metal shirts. She draws allot and is interested in playing guitar, drums and doing vocals. 

Raw porterhouse steaks and spring water.

I eat fresh meat. Bacon is not appealing. Just a few bites of deli ham fat and rind when I make the grandparents ham sandwiches. 
Processed grains are better than whole grains, but then fiber supplement's may be required. Veges are less harmful if fermented, dried, cooked, so veges are healthier if processed. Whole grains do to the human body all the bad things that they say meat does. Zero fiber is excellent. 
There of been many months of straight times lately, but I might find some psychedelic mushrooms soon. 

sardonicist thats an interesting message you sent me. yeah were very sensible with the rice intake or you were😁  tbh i spoken to a dietician expecting them to say cut back but they gave me thumbs up. probably wanted to get rid of me😂   thats good you like pork. i just dont like pork much. belly pork is good though. when it comes to meat. im not fan of processed meat. i mostly choose steak over sausages, chicken over bacon. am i right that you go for less processed meats
re the drug use my cousin does crack to give him a boost. i understand why but ive advised he stop plus for my cousin its expensive  and the drugs cant be good for you. out of interest did you manage to cut out the drugs. imo its best if you can but this is just my opinion for reasons outlined above.

i eat white rice due to lower fibre content. it works for me. so thats enough. 
 

I occasionally eat a scotch fillet raw straight out of the fridge. If I was using a frypan I would cook on max heat for a minute on each side. But doing that everyday makes the kitchen very greasy and the house starts to stink of fried steak. So I've been using an air fryer for no grease and no smell. My thick steaks usually come out medium rare, I never remember to reduce the time for those thin steaks so they come out well done. I like it all.
I can't afford to buy scotch fillets though. It's gotta stop, so I can put  some money aside to keep my car legally on the road and buy clothes. Will be attempting to live on ground beef. realistically that's all that fits into my budget.
Into a forth week of dairy free with the exception of butter. Dairy is suspect. It's been a struggle to quit the cheese because I handle it frequently, preparing meals for my grandparents. 
I think shellfish are my favorite seafood. If I could afford it I imagine stuffing my face with raw oysters and scallops every day. Live mussels and cooked frozen shrimp are pretty decent now and then.

In the past I did pork and white rice, I felt 100% sustained. But at the time I was drinking too much home made mead and beer, using cannabis edibles daily, smoking a bit meth, drinking cactus juice and popping opiate pills to avoid the boredom of unemployment and the pain of loneliness and depression. I've read about staving of serious health issues on a diet of white rice and shrimp. 
With rice/grains the white stuff is healthier than the brown stuff. Some 'foods' are better processed. 

I guess scotch fillet and lamb chops. Just meat in general really, I eat chicken, fish and pork. 
Most people go down this path to solve health problems. If just eliminating processed foods does not cure everything then certain foods are causing problems. So different food groups are eliminated till the problems are solved. When it works, one is enthusiastic about the results and cannot help but share the experience. Religious fervor should not amaze anyone, rather, to be expected. 
 
 

Saxon is my personal favorite out of all the early 80's nwobhm era bands. I prefer them over Priest and Maiden and anyone else from that nwobhm movement you care to name except for Motorhead. I'll take Motorhead over any other late 70's early 80's band bar none.
That said, the only Saxon albums you really absolutely need are Strong Arm of the Law, Wheels of Steel, Denim & Leather and I guess Power and the Glory. Crusader is alright but not essential. Thats it, the whole Saxon story in a nutshell.

I was going to see Ministry by myself, traveled to Auckland, before the show I drank half a bottle of vodka, left the bottle in my hostel room and started walking to the venue, got to the venue and realized I had forgotten my ear plugs, walk back to the hostel, forgot about the ear plugs and drank the rest of the vodka. The next morning I had a Ministry stamp on my hand, so I know I was there.
