As for hate and negativity in metal music and as for life, it is ideal to obtain the ability to enjoy all emotions, to discover that negative emotions are desirable, the loss of power can be exquisite. NS black metal music has religious lyric, promoting belief in collective folk soul, yearning in the blood, racial destiny and romantic ideals. It's bullshit. Spirituality is religioun = garbage. Metal music is not spiritual.

I could choose to chain smoke until I die, wouldn't make me a tough guy. I've had nasty flues that felt like death, struggling to breath for days. Death kills weaklings, there is nothing tough about accepting that I might get sick and die, could happen too anyone. Of course something will eventually kill all of us. There are different ways of eating things, especially when it comes to humans, any form of exploitation is a form of humans eating humans. The biggest financial entities own and control not just big pharma but everything, all social media, mainstream media, most of the alternative media, all the biggest companies, all forms of opposition, it's the biggest thing there is so it is definitely eating people. Governments are puppets and the international corporation is pulling the strings, the information is manipulated and controlled, I don't trust any of it.

Sometime in my mid teens, I was raised on the nutty side of Christianity and was frequently exposed to group hypnosis/mind control. They tried to get me to be washed by the holy spirit but it never worked, they figured I was demon possessed because I loved Heavy Metal and tried casting the demons out of me, they never got cast out.

I couldn't watch it. I like to watch demon possessed people levitate, laugh, enjoy, taunt, deceive and torment their victims, like the original Evil Dead movie. On this show all they do is attack, every demon was exactly the same, boring.

Australian TV shows I recommend; Mr Inbetween and Romper Stomper.

I remember being very entertained by the gore in bones, but kind of cringing at things, or just not being quite braindead enough to be watching at the time. There was a black metal murder drama episode.

I'm probably confusing cop shows with murder mysteries. Detective solving murder cases is close enough. Or anything including a prominent unsolved murder goes.

Sharp Objects - is the one I could not remember. Psychological thriller but there is a journalist investigating a murder so also a murder mystery. This one the soundtrack is very good, but the music separated from the show was not good. There is an audiophile character on there hanging out with his vinyl and his system.

Top of the Lake Top of the Lake: China Girl Couple of interesting shows, that I remember being a little sick and twisted. One Lane Bridge, murder mystery with psychic policeman, pretty normal murder mystery but the main character keeps seeing ghosts.

Another Round 2020. The philosophical reasons to drink alcohol. Oxygen 2021. The best kind of condensed minimalist science fiction. Couple of movies that seemed worth the time.
