  1. Malevolent Creation - Stillborn
  2. This song will definitely go on a mixtape, next time I get around to making one. I wouldn't be surprised if my minds fully opens to Those Poor Bastards. But it might not. I never noticed Hank 3's Pills I Took was a cover. Those Poor Bastards : With Hell So Near
  3. I occasionally eat a scotch fillet raw straight out of the fridge. If I was using a frypan I would cook on max heat for a minute on each side. But doing that everyday makes the kitchen very greasy and the house starts to stink of fried steak. So I've been using an air fryer for no grease and no smell. My thick steaks usually come out medium rare, I never remember to reduce the time for those thin steaks so they come out well done. I like it all. I can't afford to buy scotch fillets though. It's gotta stop, so I can put some money aside to keep my car legally on the road and buy clothes. Will be attempting to live on ground beef. realistically that's all that fits into my budget. Into a forth week of dairy free with the exception of butter. Dairy is suspect. It's been a struggle to quit the cheese because I handle it frequently, preparing meals for my grandparents. I think shellfish are my favorite seafood. If I could afford it I imagine stuffing my face with raw oysters and scallops every day. Live mussels and cooked frozen shrimp are pretty decent now and then.
  4. I was a very healthy weight on the paleo diet. I could hardly believe the pants size I was wearing. I pretty much lived on bacon, eggs, ground beef, potatoes, cheese, canned tomatoes, olives with allot of onions and garlic. The paleo diet back then was all about not eating lectins or gluten. Since that time Anti-Nutrients, Oxalates and Phytates have been discovered. Add to this the decision to avoid the problems of eating sugar and the paleo eating plan becomes all meat. I only recommended it for people with health problems. It's not dogmatic, there are discussions on what are the least harmful plants to eat. There are protocols for reintroducing plant's. There are animal based eaters including avocado's, honey, rice, herbs and spices, what ever heals. Then there are those who really have no choice but to eat beef only, either that or suffer severe health problems. The lectin/gluten free plan did nothing for my allergies, eczema or depression. The steroid creams stopped working, the allergy medications stopped working. Itching and sneezing worsens insomnia which worsens depression. Eating normal home cooked food for 5 years previous to this past 5 months led to me weighing 113kg. I have reasons. I am doing the paleo diet.
  5. In the past I did pork and white rice, I felt 100% sustained. But at the time I was drinking too much home made mead and beer, using cannabis edibles daily, smoking a bit meth, drinking cactus juice and popping opiate pills to avoid the boredom of unemployment and the pain of loneliness and depression. I've read about staving of serious health issues on a diet of white rice and shrimp. With rice/grains the white stuff is healthier than the brown stuff. Some 'foods' are better processed.
  6. GORE DIMENSION - ETHEREAL REALM Brutal Death Metal. Making me think of Deicide, Morbid Angel, Cemetary with other random styled riffs thrown in.
  7. Inland human's hunted very large animals, each kill provided days of all day eating large quantities of fat. It is often claimed that eating fatty meat = high energy once the fat adaption is complete, that's what I'm waiting for. Beach bum human's slept all day and dug up giant shellfish when hungry, as often as they wanted, no energy required. Eating roots due to having eventually wiping out food sources would have been the cause of agriculture, but plant crops should be used to feed animals for humans to eat. Hunter gathers are laid back people with all the energy and enthusiasm needed to acquire food. We can call this anthropology. Evolution gives me a headache, the incredible slowness of it. Natural planetary catastrophes should delete species more often than an animal can mutate from laying eggs to giving birth and breast feeding. I can't help but envision the random depositing of interplanetary seeds or eggs that sprout or hatch a trillion different species, all of which can intermingle rapidly consuming each other and creating new life forms with every reproduction. Impaled Nazarene - Impure Orgies and Goat Perversion, that is the sound of creation.
  8. Malevolent Creation - Eternal. This is a good one. Some of the later albums sound a bit deathcore, or I just don't like them. Does anyone have an opinion on when Malevolent Creation lost the plot?
  9. I guess scotch fillet and lamb chops. Just meat in general really, I eat chicken, fish and pork. Most people go down this path to solve health problems. If just eliminating processed foods does not cure everything then certain foods are causing problems. So different food groups are eliminated till the problems are solved. When it works, one is enthusiastic about the results and cannot help but share the experience. Religious fervor should not amaze anyone, rather, to be expected.
  10. Reality is not always what sounds rational at the time. Humans became humans via eating meat. Humans ate animal based for 2 million years, then since the time humans started growing plant foods, the human brain has been shrinking. Go out into any wilderness and there is fuck all plant food. The plant produce section in the supermarket is as unnatural as all the processed food. It doesn't exist in nature. Meat is special. If anyone is interested in a super food, it's animal fat and meat. People are just now figuring out that eating plants is causing all their health problems. Want to liberate yourself from suffering? stop eating slave food. Someone was talking about obesity being something that people have a choice to take control of. I heard 2% of obese people successfully lose and maintain their correct weight via caloric restriction (low fat) and exercise. What message is really being sponsored by the International College of Cardiologists? They know saturated animal fat has nothing to do with heart disease. Scotch fillet for breakfast.
  11. For 5 months now a little ham, bacon and a few cans of sardines are the only processed foods I've eaten. For 5 months now I've eaten meat, no plant foods. I recommend this for those with health problems. http://www.redmeatheals.com
  12. Not being allowed to listen to heavy metal as a child, I would randomly buy tapes that I hated, but I was impressed by a Hank Williams compilation and never stopped listening. Then Hank 3 dropped allot of names on his songs, from where I picked up David Allen Coe and George Jones. If I had been allowed to buy AC/DC tapes I wouldn't have this problem today.
  13. I remember now, it was Teitanblood - The Baneful Choir. Glenfidich is too fucken sweet. Tastes like fucken schnaps. I don't think I can take anything that I can afford from a bottle shop. Not that I can afford Glenfidich. If I have to drink alcohol, I'm gonna get a still and buy cheap vodka and distill that, then I'll have something drinkable. Rebel Meets Rebel is an excellent mix with alcohol.
  14. Glenfiddich straight. The one drink I know won't make me feel hung over without the feeling good part first. I don't want to be drinking alcohol, but it seems like my mushroom hunting grounds are a another 5 weeks off of going off and I've been straight for a good 5 months which is just about too long. Glenfiddch vinyl night. Hank Williams Jr - (can't remember)/ Sonic Youth - Dirty/ Some spanish black metal band I can't remeber/ David Allen Coe - can't remeber - ... Then I was thinking actually the first time I heard David Allen was with Dimebag Darrell on a metal album... that is fucked up, how long ago did I listen to that? I don't have that on vinyl so that's the end of vinyl. NP/ Rebel Meets Rebel - Rebel Meets Rebel.

I'll definitely be revisiting the new Diablo 2, been slowly playing through Diablo 3, single player as a Necromancer, makes me fall asleep.
  16. I was going to see Ministry by myself, traveled to Auckland, before the show I drank half a bottle of vodka, left the bottle in my hostel room and started walking to the venue, got to the venue and realized I had forgotten my ear plugs, walk back to the hostel, forgot about the ear plugs and drank the rest of the vodka. The next morning I had a Ministry stamp on my hand, so I know I was there.
  17. Les Chants de Nihil - Le Tyran Et L'esthète
  18. This is the one that captured my interest. Cryptic Evil - Blasphemous Towers of Lust
  19. Isengard - Vinterskugge. Everything about this album is perfection, nothing else comes close to it.
  20. Altarage - Succumb Sometimes I wonder if I am listening to Deathcore.
  21. I am desperate for discovering new alternative artists that I like. I don't like any of these that I don't already know. Only solution will be to force myself to listen to this stuff till I acquire a taste for it. Has worked for me before. I have all these mixtapes with different metal but the same few alternative artists which getting annoying. Forever Grey.
