Deep Purple: good band. Machine Head is a good album. Maybe I'm a Leo is probably my favorite song on that album.

I listen to punk when I'm not listening to metal. Does anyone here like punk? If so, name your favorite artist and song. My favorite punk band is Black Flag, and my favorite Black Flag song is Nervous Breakdown.

Monk's Dream is a good album. I like the piano intros on Monk's Dream and Bright Mississippi. I also like the tenor sax intro on See-Ya.

I like a few classical songs like Für Elise and Eine Kleine Nachtmusik, but I can't really focus on classical music if the song is longer than 2 or 3 minutes. If a song is longer than that, I can only focus on the parts that I like.

To me, Smooth Jazz doesn't sound like jazz. It sounds more like funk. Miles Davis was a great trumpet player. I listen to the Kind of Blue album sometimes. It's very relaxing. Right Off is one of the first jazz songs I've ever heard with a wah-wah effect.

Autumn Leaves is a good song. I'll check out Gee Baby Ain't I Good To You when I get a chance.

Skydiving, fight in a boxing match, go to Scotland and Ireland (I have a lot of Scottish and Irish blood, so that's why), let a squirrel run loose in church (like the Ray Stevens song "Mississippi Squirrel Revival"), go to Wacken Open Air, get in a mosh pit, stage dive, go to New Orleans (go to jazz clubs and museums), and go back to Mexico when I become fluent in Spanish.

Usually I play video games while listening to music. I have a lot of games that I don't play much, and I also have a lot of old records and cassettes that I don't listen to much, so I do both at the same time.

When I'm not listening to metal, I usually listen to jazz or classical. If you like jazz, name your favorite songs. Mine are: Glenn Miller's "In The Mood", Sonny Rollins' "St. Thomas", and Charlie Parker & Dizzy Gillespie's "Hot House".

I asked if the Jazz Band needed a guitarist, but there was already a guitarist, and the school Jazz Band needed a bass player. I started playing bass after that.

I use a Rogue Series II 4-String Bass (I'm left-handed, so there are very few options). For gear, I usually switch between a red Kona amp and an Orange amp.

I think 2 of the greatest bass players are Cliff Burton (Metallica) and Geddy Lee (RUSH).

Living After Midnight, Breaking The Law, and Electric Eye are my favorites. I love the message in Electric Eye, because I hate security cameras too.

I think that Rush is progressive instead of metal. They're a great band though. I like Geddy Lee's voice and basslines.

Glam metal is OK, but it's not as heavy as the other metal sub-genres. I think that Mötley Crüe is the heaviest-sounding glam metal band. I agree. Breaking The Chains is a great song.

Municipal Waste - Waste Em' All. The songs are too short for metal.

Duff McKagan's book "It's So Easy (and Other Lies)" is a good book. It talks about his life growing up in the Seattle punk scene, and it talks about him playing with Guns N' Roses. If you want to get it, you can probably find one at Barnes and Noble. If you don't have one in your area, you could just find a copy on eBay.

I was baptized when I was 11. After that, I started reading the Bible a lot, and I had a strong relationship with God. But nowadays, I usually go back and forth between Christianity and being non-religious. At some point in our lives, we begin to question whether or not there really is a God, and if there is one, who is it? I wish everyone knew the answer.

Kill Em' All. Metallica was in their prime, and the album sounds so raw.

I play guitar and bass. But I don't know how to play many thrash metal songs. I only know how to play For Whom The Bell Tolls and Seek and Destroy. But I'll work on some more songs if I join this band.
