  1. Similar to some of these. Party pies are beef, mass produced (frozen) and filled with cheap gravy. They're circular and around 2 inches in diameter.
  2. I think there may have been a couple of times, earliest I found was 2009 but that video seems gone. There's one dated 2012 that's still up but that may just be a reupload of the earlier one. That's probably the fluoride talking.
  3. I didn't know other countries don't have party pies.
  4. I got here late. Happy January 3rd.
  5. Abominable Putridity: The Anomalies Of Artificial Origin
  6. Dave was also on InfoWars.
  7. Complete Bachelors Degree Finish Writing and Recording a Demo
  8. Or maybe Black Veil Brides.
  9. There are some cool moments sprinkled throughout those. Not my favorite thing but certainly fun. I just saw that cover, I thought it was kinda funny.
  10. Of the two songs I've heard (the Slayer cover and "No Lives Matter") I preferred the Slayer cover although I didn't really care for the way the vocals were done. Guess I'll check out some other tracks. Any you would recommend?
  11. New Pestilence just became available for pre-order on bandcamp. The preview track is fun.
  12. I only just found out that there will be a new Possessed album next year, although the news has been out since May.
  13. I'm pretty surprised he knew who Saxon are.

They're super consistent. Odds are, whatever you get your hands on will be good. Horrorscope is their most popular album.
  15. I thought to be "Dad Metal" something needed to be "older" while also being very popular and accessible. I would have thought Metallica and Iron Maiden are "Dad Metal", but not so much Death or Kreator, am I wrong? You cared enough to start a thread.
  16. I judge more on their peaks and quantity of good material rather than how bad the bad stuff is. There's not much point in comparing Risk and St. Anger to see which one I'm going to not play harder. Makes more sense to me to compare the stuff I'm actually going to listen to. It's not really like a band wrongs me when they make a bad album. I just won't buy it.
  17. Good luck with your kidney stone @Parker. Sorry to hear about your awkward living situation @RelentlessOblivion. The only true pollution is caused by chemtrails.
  18. Dude, I can't believe you would even say that. Megadeth. Always Megadeth.
  19. Anytime. Dammit, I remember writing this on my phone, so once again I'm staunchly and angrily blaming auto-correct.
  20. Shit. Sorry to hear that. Did you end up calling the police?
  21. I'm in a similar predicament to BAN and Macabre, I have between 10 and 20 releases from this year but a good chunk of them are from bands that I've seen live (most of which are solid but few are top 10 worthy). I think if I were to make a list it would possibly contain (from the stuff I own). Sutrah - Dunes Pyrrhon - What Passes for Survival Halal Maw - Olm Black Harvest - Atrittion There is still a lot of stuff that I need to check out. I never really got into this one, I guess I'll give it another relisten.
  22. I think precise subgenres are just an easy way to describe a band as accurately as possible as quickly as possible. For instance rather than saying "this band is a death metal band with lots of time signature changes, interesting song structures and unusual rhythms and melodies" you can just say "tech-death".
  23. Welcome to the forum, Vince. I really like a lot of those bands, especially Megadeth, Dream Theater and Testament.
