Iron Maiden - "Senjutsu" (album)  
I generally enjoy all of their material, although certain albums like "The Final Frontier" didn't hold my attention as well.  But I have to say, "Senjutsu" has struck me as absolute gold from the very first listen.  I'll need to spin it a few more times, but as of right now, I'm thinking this could be my favorite post-2000 Maiden release.  It's that good! 

It's grown on me too. I didn't dislike it from the start but I think multiple listens have made it more enjoyable.

What really annoys me is that it's all the good tasting food that is not good for us. That just seems so unfair to me. If they made lettuce taste like donuts salad would obviously taste different and we might look a little odd chowing down on a head of lettuce at our work desk, but we'd at least be eating healthy!
If apples tasted like chocolate parents wouldn't spend their days asking if Little Johnny had eaten his fruit, they'd know he ate three of them!
But lets not stop there, lets make food interchangeable with taste so that if you want an apple you have an apple, but if you want a slab of chocolate you have two apples.
 
Edit: I agree on the carbs thing too. I should watch my intake of carbs more than I do, but I'm not sure if too many make me tired because I barely sleep these days as a result of too many years of shift work and bad sleeping habits.

well said killakukumba . moderation apparently is good. im learning that slowly that moderation and variety of foods is good. its obvious to everyone else. apparently eating 40 bags of crisps while watching a movie is just very silly😂
sometimes less food works out better too. for me it worked. ive got more energy. id been overdoing the carbs which was making me very tired. 
 

I could happily eat more than 1 Chomp a day but these days I do tend to watch what I eat a lot more than I used to. I'm far from a health nut and do eat sweet things like chocolate but gone are the days where I could just eat whatever I want. All these days of lockdowns are also a reminder that eating chocolate and other sweet things is not good against no exercise

Death Angel - "The Dream Calls for Blood" (album)

Excellent choice!  I've been on a huge Death Angel kick here lately.  At the gym earlier today, I listened all the way through to the album "Frolic Through the Park" and plan to listen to "Act III" here shortly.  Up until the past week or so, I was only really familiar with their 2016 release "The Evil Divide".  I've since snagged their entire discography on Apple Music, and I'm thoroughly enjoying getting to know their music on the full scale!  I've really enjoyed their 2013 release "The Dream Calls for Blood" and their debut "The Ultra Violence" thus far.  I look forward to delving into "Relentless Retribution" and "Humanicide" tomorrow.  Out of curiosity, what's your favorite Death Angel album?

I was never a huge fan of Romper Stomper, it was okay but to me it was over hyped and over done.
But Mr. Inbetween is great. The initial movie (The Magician) is now only available on Youtube, but it's well worth checking out to see where Ray started and what can be made for $3000. It's raw and probably not for those that think everything has to be viewed in Hi Def but it's a fun movie to start off the career of such a great character.

Sometimes you just have to look for the silver lining and cherry pick something if you can't find it

Australian TV shows I recommend; Mr Inbetween and Romper Stomper. 

Maybe the surprise is that I like the first single more as I listen to it with the whole album?
The long songs really don't feel like they are too long to me either. I do remember thinking after seeing the track listing that I hoped the end of the album didn't get boring with more than 30 minutes in 3 songs but for me it doesn't. The last three songs feel like really solid Maiden songs.
