I got the job after 3 interviews and a total of 5 assessments. Phew!

Loved "The Swan Road" - barring the folky song on the next to last track. Now listening to Bast "Spectres" - hard to pin a label on these guys, elements of BM, more than obvious doom influences spread all over too. There's an almost "core" mentality to the vox and rhythms in places too.

Drudkh "The Swan Road" - FatherA recommended this so I have faith I will be impressed by this one, coupled with my already posted admiration for their "Autumn Aurora" and "Blood In Our Wells" releases anyway. Certainly has started off strongly.

Serpentine Path "Erebus/Depravity"

Just picked up Serpentine Path "Erebus/Depravity 7" - as expected it is grim, heavy and at times agonising in pace! Yes I fucking love it!

Yeah but - in fairness who needs a third with those two? I rarely listen to King C but when I do I am mesmerised everytime. Need to play them more.

Any good? I have "Autumn Aurora" and "Blood In Our Wells" but only discovered Drudkh this year so not had much chance to expand my collection beyond those two.
