1. Its a brilliant song. But i have seen them without it. at least once as far as i remember.
2. Well, Watains set was good, a bit too short and focused on only the two latest albums, Some variation in that wouldnt hurt. The show was anyway still really powerful. But they did play both Stellarvore and Waters of Ain, They use to finish with one of them, atleast the times ive seen them, Both were kind of strange. The best performance from them too me is the Bathory tribute one on Sweden rock festival. The setlist for that one was ridiculously good. I liked the general atmosphere at Bloodstock, and the fact that there was running water everywhere. since i was broke more or less. But the ride things they put in the middle who played the same 3 ''rock'' and a bunch of other crap albums over and over again takes it down a bit.
3. I like my leather jacket plane from band logos, ive painted a few small things on it thou. But I do wear this over the jacket sometimes.
4. Yeah, Becks is not really beer in my eyes either.
5. Watain was one of the main reasons we got to Bloodstock in the first place, and to try a new festival.
6. Their oldest albums are great at what they are. But I like the new ones in another way, I don't listen to them in the same way. Some of the songs on lets say F.O.A.D are really good and some just pass without much notice. But i havent heard the two last ones actually, bought Dark Thrones and Black Flags when it came out. And have had other priorities since then.
7. Wouldnt Ex Deo fit into this category too? Most of their songs are about Roman war and conquests. Metal Archives labels them as Symphonic Death Metal. Battle Metal tastes much greater. To say.
8. I really liked Bloodstock last year, but the lineup arent strong enough to make me do that journey again.
9. A couple of beer is always nice. Cant say no to that. I never go to a festival without my drinking horn. But sober can be great too. There are some concerts who does give you that effect without any substances. I stay away from things involving smoke thou.
10. I saw a movie once where Bruce Lee killed Chuck Norris. Bruce is no longer among us so Lemmy have to win, he survived !

Books?

Ive read most of them in English, I dont find my own (Swedish) to have that much variation so i prefer reading in English. So I would recommend you reading Metro 2033 and Metro 2034. If your into fantasy look for Nick Perumov's works aswell. He started writing 3 books during the 80's in Tolkiens world who was at the time banned in the Soviet Union. I've read the first of the three since the other two still only exists in Russian. But his later work who consists of a series of 7 or 8 titles is really good. He have a approach on the fantasy theme that is mainly dark and depressive in a way, While still being kind of epic.
12. Welcome Loucifer, So a zombie survival plan? My plan is so far just a bag of important tools and things to grab and run.
13. Deströyer 666 - A sermon to the dead
14. I like diversity aswell and dont really like the idea of just one, But. I have to say Bathory, If i need something aggressive, that gap is easily filled, 'The Return' is my favorite there thou. Also I can listen to 'Mother Earth, Father Thunder' over and over again for hours. and the rest of the Nordland I and II songs are really great aswell. Just as Hammerheart and Twilight of the Gods. And then i haven't even mentioned Blood, Fire, Death which to me is one of the greatest metal records of all time. Octagon and Requiem are not as strong and i could probably do it without those two, or learn to like them maybe..
15. Pagan Rites - Mark of the Devil Stilla - Till Stilla Falla + t-shirt that came with the record. Patches: Armagedda Pagan Rites Lönndom
16. Gothic Metal have never really been my cup of tea either, To me it looks like the the image is more important to get the classification. And the use of female vocalists in different ways,. I dont think i like a single band with a female vocalist except Arch Enemy actually, sad. Goth to me is more about the atmosphere, Good Fields of the Nephilim are coming here next month. They never made me disappointed before.
17. Recently discovered bands like Tengger Cavalry, They play according themselves Nomadic Folk Metal, Mongolian/Chinese theme, as far as i understood.
18. Satanic Warmaster - Raging Winter

Books?

Im currently reading Robert E. Howard's Conan the Barbarian chronicles. Im more into fiction than reality when it comes to books, I have enough of reality anyway. Been reading Metro 2033, and the two following books in that universe lately, and Im also reading the ''Keeper of the swords'' saga by Nick Perumov. Allot of Russian actually, but i like dark and sinister themes. And the Russians are good at that.
22. The idea of an afterlife is interesting, And on a personal level. As long as someone aren't forcing their ideas down my throat im fine with whatever people believe will happen. I rarely think longer then a day ahead anyway. So if i die tomorrow, Ill handle that problem tomorrow.
