    What's on my mind that, considering Megadeth are thought to be one of the best thrash bands ever, most people only rate a handful of their albums. I wonder how this is.

    The genres were invented because, unfortunately, metal is mostly created and ruled by men. As a result, everything has to catagorised in the most fetishistic and finicky way possible and we then have to spend all our time criticising each other's taxonomic priorities lol!

    I wouldn't call 'em metalcore. I think, if not metal, they are more of an alternative band like Godsmack, less Killswitch Enguage.

    I heard Temper Temper off the new album and to be honest it wasn't up to a whole bunch.

    I'm going to get slaughtered for this but I thing I like Machine Head's cover for the song slightly better. Honestly, I'm not trolling, I like the way the delay was reigned in on head's version and I just liked the way the riff was played.

    Yeah, I hate eating contests. A guilty part of me does enjoy MVF, though. I think it might be because he does really enthuse over his food rather than single-mindedly cramming.
