I keep meaning to get that album but other stuff gets in the way ! How good is it? From what I've heard it is bit like a not so great version of Design Your Universe. Still, that was a great album!

True but I think that balance can be quite personal, a bit like how much topping to base one likes on one's pizza.

I can see what you are saying about a lot of bands but I genuinely think that Trivium are high-standard. I mean, I guess if you like the controlled chaos of PSBWB? and RIP of Megadeth then it all sounds a bit wild and stuff but I can still listen to them and get a real kick from it, more than from Slipknot or BFMV.

Yeah, we all have different things we like and don't like, I guess. I'm the opposite, there are some Sympho bands I really don't dig 'cause I find the guitars are too loud and intrusive over the beauty of the other instruments.
