If you're eating vegan, shouldn't you have already removed dairy from your diet?

I've been eating mostly vegan. You could call me a strict vegetarian. What I'm getting at is I'm going to remove all cheats in that field.

RiB is easily Slayer's best release.  All the excess is seared off, but without aggression lost or the compositions suffering.  The song order and flow sounds very organic to me.  Also love the production.

Are you not a big thrash guy?  If you're more dm/bm-leaning I can see why you'd dislike RiB...

In your opinion what is Slayer's best effort?

For me its always been Hell Awaits. Always and forever. But once again, I love RIB just not my favorite.

This evening is Hawaiian style Boca Burgers with leaf lettuce, grilled pineapple and Soy Vey (kosher teriyaki sauce, fucking delicious). On the side I have French Fries. Last night I went out for Greek again. Got the vegetarian platter which boasts falafel, olives wrapped in grape leaves, Greek salad and massive servings of hummus and baba gannoush(spelling). Tomorrow will be most likely involve Seitan as I have been ordered to get it out of the fridge. Have not decided what I will do with it yet. That is all.

I have figured out what to do with the seitan. I am going to fry it and make a vegan barbecue kind of thing out of it with mashed potatoes and baked beans.

Lately I've been drinking coca tea, which is delicious. I don't think it's legal in this country, so I have to be grateful for some crafty smuggling.

This country was built on smuggling. But I'm originally from Kentucky so I'm biased lol.

That's cool that you make your own vegan substitutes.  I'm a vegetarian (moving towards vegan), but usually I just eat pre-made stuff.

Morning star is great but it can be a bit pricey and sometimes over processed. But definitely a good place to start.

You should fill in the gaps, they don't release bad albums. Atra Mors has grown to be one of my favorites from Evoken, it just crushes.

Oh I don't doubt it. Those were just two I was able to find. I intend to own everything they've done.

You're not alone. I can tolerate and listen to their first album and EP once in a while, but otherwise, I can't stand them.

The first thing I ever heard from them was this awful Slayer cover and it really turned me off.

Love Exodus. So glad that Souza is back. Been really liking "Blood In, Blood Out". Exhibit B was really good in my opinion even though it was not generally rated very high.
Go to see them on the "Impact is Immanent" tour w/Pantera and Prong.

I really, really enjoy Exhibit B. Hammer and Life being my favorite track from the album.

    That sounds really good.

100 percent in agreement. Today I have another vegan relative coming for the holiday so I'm cooking on the veggie front. I picked up some vegan "sausages" made with soy, apples and potatoes. Going to bake them with Apple's, onions and sweet potatoes. Additionally I will be making mushroom gravy for the mashed potatoes and some green beans.
