Kristiko given a Damn from Hungarino in What is metal for you?
I have to say, although I don't want to sound overly dramatic or whatever, metal music is really an important pressure valve for me. It helped me a lot of times in my life to overcome things and find the strength when other stuff didn't work, and it still does. I also have to create metal music because that's the only way I can vent myself and clean my head from frustration and anxiety, gives me the release and satisfaction that I really can't find somewhere else and it really helpes me to think healthy and live my life in a healthy way. So, it becomes more of necessity rather than just having fun. I mean, it's fun, but it's also more than that. I'm really happy that I found something like that in my life.

Kristiko gave a Damn to Requiem in Gothic Rock
Poisonblack are cool - I've got two or three of their albums. Ville Laihiala from Sentenced is one of my favourite vocalists, but I really really prefer Sentenced to Poisonblack.
I also never really got into the 1980s type of stuff, although some of it i like.
Another band I really like is Charon.
Those Finnish bands: HIM, the 69 Eyes, Sentenced, Charon, For My Pain etc are just amazing to me.

Live performance of "Shadow" @ KoMA 13 in Belgrade.
Piano cover of "Laura Plays the Piano" theme in Silent Hill 2 OST!
Piano miniature No. 3

Kristiko gave a Damn to JudgeDread in Volbeat
i think volbeat are awesome, they came from a death metal rock n death type band called dominus , if you didnt already know

Kristiko gave a Damn to JudgeDread in Do you think Djent is an actual genre?
i think it was like a type of guitar "sound" and now its just developed into a genre, meshuggah were doing that guitar sound, but they are not what people call "a djent band"
problem with bands you associate with "djent" periphery, monuments etc, all sound to similar i think

Kristiko gave a Damn to Requiem in Nu-Metal (Gordon Lazanica)
Well, I think I can speak for everyone when I say that this was unexpected.
I'll admit it's a hell of a catchy song and I was a fan back in the late 90s when this came out. But that feels like a lifetime ago now.
As for your version, I don't know man, I guess it's ok. I'm not a huge fan of your shouty vocals which I think this version could do without, but I've listened to the whole thing and overall I respect what you're doing here. I'd edit out that 'waah' at the end though.
Pretty hard to drag the corpse of this song/band back to life but I guess you did a cool job.

Kristiko gave a Damn to RelentlessOblivion in Does humour have a place in music?
Pete Steele is still my go to for making humour work in metal. It's a dark, self deprecating approach most of the time (at least with Type O Negative) but dude was hilarious. Lemmy has some pretty funny lines as well now that I think of it.
