That reminds me of my childhood dog, a lovey but very energetic and wild Irish Setter. Once my mom tried to give him a bath, he ran out of the bathroom before she could catch him and there were trails of dog shampoo foam everywhere *lol* Damn, I miss him so much...

Great Danes!!! They are just one of the sweetest races of dogs ever It is just so sad, that they such short lifespans.

Well, they called themselves a goth band, but were called a punk band by the Icelandic media at the time (1984). And in Copenhagen many goths regarded them as a goth band, too. I also think that at least in Scandinavia in the early to mid 1980's, nobody could really set in stone what goth what/is and that really went into the 2000's: I remember reading posts on Danish underground forums where people were still discussing what goth was. I would call Kukl for early experimental goth because that is definitely the impression that I got when seeing them live.

Then you would not like things in my neck of the woods: here the snow is knee high! Snow is adorable the first 14 days or so, like a winter wonderland, after that I just wish, I had a magic wand (just to stay in the settings) and could make it all dissappear! Looking forward to spring and summer when I can go into the forest and pick dandelion - and stinging nettle leaves again. Tip to battleling the cold: dry and warm feet!!!!

I wonder how many here have heard of Kukl? This was the first goth/post punk band that I ever saw live and they have been one of my favorites ever since. But all most everytime I mention them, I just get a blank stare. And yes, the front woman is exactly who you think it is...a young Björk.

Well, I do not really know what to say other than if I was you I would be so curious that I was about to burst *lol* One of the first things that I would do was to try and dig up some history about the house and the land that it is on. But as to say what it is: I am going to rule out a resudial haunting already now, since it is as active as it is. But do you know if your parents are going through any types of trouble?Tensions and crisis can set of poltergeist activity (and no, a poltergeist is not a ghost).

Could it have been a neighbour or land lady/lord who had a spare set of keys, locked themselves in, and forgot to close the doors upon leaving (I swear some people just do not seem to know how to close doors once they have opened them!)??? And my cat does not like strangers either, she would react in the same way if my landlord came into my flat without me being there. I am not calling you a liar and I believe in the supernatural myself, but if it is down to a hanging, then it is extraordinary!!!!!

If you really have a device like that at home, then I am popping around your place to watch a Dio show! How about next Saturday? *lol*

Motörhead - Herpes It is is quite out of the ordinary, not sure if I like it, but definitely different.

I love the old Hammer House of Horror movies and most in the gothic horror genre. Interview With A Vampire (sod the Mandela effect for a moment) is another favorite and so is Woman In Black 1. I have watched some Japanese horror...most just bored me to death, but two do stand out: Dororo...good story line and lots of sword fighting...I like sword fighting *lol* And Aragami...much like the above, but what makes it outstanding is that there is only three actors (plus two extras at the very begining and very end) and yet...it is a thumping good movie! I doubt that many old Hammer House of Horror movies will give even young children nightmares these days and neither Dororo or Aragami. However Woman In Black scared the hell out of me...even going to the loo in the "break" frightend me...that long and dark corridor just seemed a lot longer and darker and what was that shadow behind that door...did it just move?????

Another Slipknotter here, too...and I am not even that fond of Slipknot :S If I had my way, then I would be Salems Lott...utterly confusing and political incorrect.

I have never had the chance to see Slayer live and to be honest...they are not amongst my top favorite bands, but it is still weird to see them go...because they seem to have been with us since forever... I remember early crossover punks wearing Slayer t-shirts back in the early 1990's and just the other day I saw a young lad wearing a Slayer knitted hat. Time for some new blood to enter the metal stage.

It is extremely well done...but: call me old fashioned, but I just cannot get used to holograms exsisting outside the science fiction genre. I like Dio...a lot. But this just feels weird. However get back to me in a century or so from now, when I am in another incarnation and I might think that holograms are as mundain as having a live cam chat on Skype.
