Hooded Menace - The Tritonus Bell (2021) This is a pleasant surprise. I've always thought Hooded Menace were decent but could never get big into them. This album might've changed my mind. The King Diamond / Mercyful Fate vibes have sold me!

Currently giving the new Panopticon album a playthrough. My initial impression is..... it is good. Quite good, in fact. There's actually some really heavy and abrasive moments here, which is normally out of their wheelhouse. Might be my favourite thing they've done.
