Demanufacture is one of the few albums I can tolerate from FF. Fear Factory is one of those sorts of bands that are really "hit or miss" with me. There is no grey area. I either love it, or hate it. I see a lot of their stuff in the re-sale bookstores down here though...

I wouldn't own a skunk nor a rattlesnake. I like snakes, don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't ever own one as a pet. A lot of people in my family are afraid of snakes, and they're super over-dramatic about it. I'm the one that cooks and hosts holiday events for my husband's family when it comes time for it, and I know they'd pull some shit like "Oh, what if her snake escapes while we're there. I don't want to risk it." Quite idiotic. I really miss owning a cat. Once my husband and I get a house, I'm getting a cat. He stayed a week in my grandmother's home when we visited Texas, and in her home is my fatty of a cat, Toki who has long hair and sheds quite a bit. He didn't show ANY symptoms of being allergic, and even petted her a few times, so I don't quite get how he thinks he's allergic.

At times she's a bit TOO energetic. It wouldn't be so bad if we didn't live in an apartment. Some days all she does is sleep, and on the other days she's jumping off the walls, and doing some parkour shit off the furniture, and anyone who's in her way. She's a nutball, but I love her nonetheless.

I usually just get mine off Amazon. This way I can find something new and super cheap, and have the free two day shipping due to Amazon Prime (since I'm a student). If I can't find whatever I'm looking for on Amazon, or by a simple Google search, I'll usually ask one of my friend's to keep an eye out for it, and if they see it, snatch it up and I'll repay them later.

I think subgenres are getting a little out of hand. Shit like "heavy metal", "doom", "thrash", and even "blackened death" or "gothic doom" and etc. is okay, but stuff that sounds like it's completely made up, tom-foolery like "Prepubescent scientific viking disco glam metal" is just obnoxious, and quite pointless to me. Also, I can't stand Arch Enemy. Everyone that I know of that enjoys listening to metal is in love with them and thinks Angela Gossow's vocals are spot on. Personally, since this is a "safe zone", I think she is obnoxious, and has shite vocals. I often enjoy the music that's being played in the background, but cannot tolerate it when she chimes in. Matter of fact, when it comes to most female vocalists, I personally can't stand them. Excluding Tarja, some Within' Temptation, some Znowhite, Mythic, Draconian and very few others.
