    I haven't listened to these bands, but the Metal Archives list them as Viking and Doom: Herjalf Ereb Altor Querimonia As I said, I haven't heard them, so I can't really recommend them; just did a quick search of the archives.

    Just watched Legend the other night, I loved it as a kid and I still think it's a great movie. Would love to see Joker, but can't really afford that right now. However, when Rise of Skywalker comes out, I must see it on opening night. Anybody have theories about Star Wars? My theory is that Rey is a clone. That's why, in Episode VIII, when she was supposed to see her parents, she just saw a bunch of copies of herself. If this is true, maybe the evil Rey in the trailer is just a clone and not the "real" Rey.

    I really liked the atmosphere in that song. The musical content was good, not great, but the atmosphere made up for that. My biggest problem with the song is that I'm not really sure the deep growled vocals really go with the rest of the song. The female vocals were great. I'll give it 7/10.

    At least most of the original game cartridges for NES and SNES pretty cheap. I don't do emulators, only clones that I can put real cartridges in. I guess it's a nostalgia thing. Eventually I'll get one or two of those cartridge mario hacks.

    Yes, I've seen videos of several mario hacks. I know a site that sells them in cartridges, but it's rather costly.

    @Balor Thanks, that thread is exactly what I was looking for. I was thinking War Metal, but didn't know if the term was widely recognized. @FatherAlabaster Thanks for recommending Abhorer, I'm listening to them now and they are great, though I think I'd like it a little more chaotic and not as clearly produced.

    Hello from Berlin. Got here yesterday. Went on a great canal cruise/tour today. Going to Copenhagen tomorrow. Hope all is well with you guys.

    We got married at a place called The Crystal Room: https://crystalroomma.com/ The food was good. Rolls/butter, salad, pasta with maranera sauce, roast pork with stuffing, chicken parm, mashed potatoes, and sauteed green beans with garlic.

    Thanks guys! Just got back from the wedding. Everything went well, and we scored over a thousand dollars in gifts, which will come in handy on the honeymoon. Will post pics when I have them. This is the happiest day of my life.

    I'd say that about 95% of the time when I'm listening to music it's on youtube. I still have a shitload of cds, as I started buying them in the 90s. But, increasingly, there seems no point in buying music I can listen to on youtube, or if necessary, bandcamp. I'll buy a cd if it's music that's otherwise not available or if it is one of my favorite artists. I collect vinyls of bands/releases I really respect.

    It's not my usual sort of thing. Yesterday I woke up wanting to hear fast death metal. So I did a search for fastest DM bands and theirs was one of the names that came up. I really enjoyed it as a change of pace.
