Greetings from Austria the land of the kangaroos

Howdy everyone

I am Sinan the Sinner, from Graz/Austria, the hometown of Arnold Schwarzenegger. There are no kangaroos here, they are in Australia,  instead we have  loads of mountains and Schnitzel.

I am the proud father of one LP, it´s my first one. My metal project is called Kindly Brutal.

People have children, but as for me, I am looking forward to give birth to many Albums  as possible and live on a  hilltop house somewhere in Toscany with a glass of red wine in my hand.

Welcome, my friend!  Always great to converse with fellow metalheads!  I must say, that scenario of a hilltop house sounds incredible to me!  A man could do far worse.  What are some of your favorite styles of metal, perhaps maybe even those that differ from what you do in your own project?

Hey James, thanks for the welcome.

I am grinding for that hilltop house i guess 😈

 

I am not picky with my genres, i would say I like bands that incorporate more than one genre.

Lately I´ve been listening a lot to Sulphur Aeon, Batushka, and this band called Kromheim. 

I must say I like lots of styles it is hard for me to pick one.  My favourite styles are black, death,melodeath and viking themed metal I guess. 

I also wouldn´t mind some oldschool thrash metal and NWOBM.

Other than that I am  into some early grindcore, especially Brutal Truth and a polish band i have just discovered. They are called Nuclear Vomit, I am almost sure you haven´t heard of that band  They have one track that is called PETA(People Eating Tasty Animals). They are very creative with their song titles. 

 

The lyrics are also very important to me. I like it when the message is  heard loud and clear, in your face  and when the artist gives no room for interpretation

I will be up in Austria though in April next year!  Vienna is one of my favourite places in the world and I am also visiting Salzburg for first time.

Are you landing in Vienna? Ticket price must be enormous to travel on the other side of the earth. If you could dig a tunnel through the center of the earth would be closer
