More and more these days, I put on music right before I go to sleep. Sometimes I play something slow and ethereal, to relax. Other days, I try to burn off the last energy of the day. It helps. Sometimes I'll even leave it on while I'm still asleep. The older I get, the more I wake up a few times in the night, and it's nice to have a little flute music or something to help me drop off to bed again. Well, to each his own.
