I've been into thrash and old school metal since I can remember, but death and black metal are kinda new to me . I can navigate death metal fine but black metal is complicated for me. What are some good bands to start with (and some information about the genre would help too)

Motörhead has inspired me a lot lyrically, musically, and has even helped me become a more confident give-less-of-a-shit-about-what-people-think kinda person, so for me it's Motörhead.

Being 14 I don't have alot of money, but I really want a battle jacket so the obvious choice was value village. I went in grabbed the first mens medium jean jacket, payed for it then went across the street to buy a patch. The next day I was ironing the patch on when my mum swung by to make sure I didn't kill myself with the iron when she pointed out I had just bought a girls jacket so I had to rip off my patch and now I need to save up like 88$ :/

Too many kids at my school listen to it, there are way too many scenes and not nearly enough thrashers. This could be booze talking if it is this'll be gone by tommarrow XD
