Yep, there are days when I hate the management aspect (I have 700 plus shared with another manager) but balancing that with analysing business performance is a tricky one. That's why I am being offered one or the other which I agree is a nice place to be. Hope you get your dream job Ghouly, sounds like you work hard enough.

I forgot about The Blackening. I was referring to their debut - Burn My Eyes was great (too long and the couple of times it goes shit it goes really shit - "Real Eyes..." I mean come on it's terrible) certainly for the time when that sound wasn't really cool anymore. I have played The Blackening a lot but it hasn't held up well over the years and I rarely get the urge to pick it up nowadays if I am honest. "..Locust" was just perfectly weighted IMO, apart from the stupid kid singing tune at the end which is just crap! Interested to see what they without Duce though.

"..Locust" is a good record - give me dueling guitar leads and copied riffs all day long. One of only 2 MH records worth anything.

Done the moderator role myself on another forum for a good few years. Think BAN has the right idea - doing a quiet moderating function without smothering the forum.
