Christian Black Metal, there's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one. That's like saying look at that giant midget. Iceni made some very logical points, but I for one would not stray from Black Metal's roots and tradition...and that has always been anti christian. I think any purist would agree, it just doesn't work, and in my lifetime, it'll never earn the respect it feels it is entitled to.

That's one Hell of a conspiracy. Imagine if Dead were still alive and ended up making dsbm? That would be epic! Neither Varg nor Euronomous would've been a Nobel Peace Prize candidate anytime soon, so I think they were just two ass hole alpha males having a dick swinging contest.

If incorporated sparingly, it works IMO.

I really like how Winterheart plays drums from Nyktalgia. Also Wrest from Leviathan, I like how sparatic and all over the place he is but makes it work. Jontho from Ragnarok I think is great too but now he's currently doing vocals.

Gorgoroth is an amazing band IMHO, with all the ups and downs the band has had,you can hear the brutality in some of their songs. The devil is calling is one of my favorites!

Pretty much everyone blutausnerd mentioned, and may I add Mysticism Black, and Serpent Lord. Who are brothers in the band Ceremonial Castings which is in hiatus.
