Re: Books? ...Just flicked through this thread (Okay, I was looking for a mention of LOTR). You people think he's stuffy?!?! wat I adore Middle Earth, I remember first reading the books when I was 7. Then I was hooked. Massive nerd over it since then (I use to have the action figures instead of dolls, trying to learn Elvish, forcing my friends to play LOTR games (I have managed to quell my passion a bit since then, although I do plan on getting a LOTR themed tattoo when I'm legal - haters gonna' hate)). But seriously guys?! That said, I recently read "The Magician's Guild" series. If you're into fantasy (...LOTR -.-), I'd suggest them - sort of on the same level as Harry Potter I suppose.

Howdy folks! I'm Rachael from Scotland. Just looking for a forum where I could track down some good new music. My favourite subgenres of metal would definitely have to be Power (the cheesier the better), Black and Progressive. Some of my favourite bands are Celesty, Altaria, Lemuria (the black metal bunch from Belguim - not the Indie 'Mericans), Sólstafir and Summoning. That said, I do enjoy a wide range of music; my guilty pleasure is 8-bit and chiptune. >.
