I LLOOVVEEE when salsa is watery as fuck. I will actually add water to jars of salsa. Hate more than anything on this entire planet the chunky, gross, stringy tomato salsa with zero liquid at all. Fuck.

Discouraged ones is literally my favorite album. I love that depressing atmospheric sound of this album. I also agree with FA, that not as metal sound honestly worked well for them, because even in the great cold distance and newer albums there is still that depressing element. But Discouraged Ones is a great great album. I actually prefer Jonas's clean vocals, never was really a fan of his harsh vocals.

Acid Bath~Graveflower

Agreed straight black metal, especially bands with male singers, I cannot take. Anything immortal and satryicon esque makes me want to blow my damn ears out. Although bands like Opera IX (older), Gallhammer, some Burzum, and a few other not so bad of bands are bearable=)

Forest of Shadows~Detached. I really like music like this and I remembered loving this song a few years back, forgot all about it. heh

I am just going by what Wikipedia says they are. I do not think generally alternative metal has growling vocals or anything. Even new Katatonia shit is listed as alternative metal. Dang don't get panties in a bunch we all aren't metal genre Einsteins like you are Blut.

I have been on an alternative metal binge lately. Have been listening to a lot of old Flyleaf and Pulse Ultra. heh

Ahh ok. Yeah I am sure it is not fun when you find out they do not actually want you as a bf or date, but plenty of other women out there heh.

Last night was my last day of class until summer courses begin in three weeks, wake up today feeling horrible. Of course........... Not to mention birthday is tomorrow......reaalllyyy hoping I feel well by Saturday since I had plans for once. =)

Listening to Morningrise, I have never been able to love this album, I am not sure why, but thought I would give it another try. Still feel the same:(

Ok, maybe I should had clarified that I drank too much FOR MINDY. hahaha. I am also a strange drunk, I focus on things much better while drunk, write better papers, bowl better, do most things better while drunk that involves focusing. Perhaps I should drink a bit before an exam:D

I seem to have...ahem......drank too much. This always happens to me and this is the prime example as to why I never drink, now I will most likely have to babysit with a migraine tomorrow..........dammit.

So earlier today I checked a grade on a paper and received...let's just say, a grade that could ruin my life in a few ways. Anyways, so being Mindy, I email a very attitude filled, defensive email back to my professor. I had his class tonight, and discussed the paper with him (in which he told me even with this very bad grade I still had an 83% which everyone knows is a B- which looks horrid on graduate school applications), and he decided to bump my paper grade to a C+ giving me a final class grade of a B. While this is great and I couldn't be happier, being Mindy AGAIN, all I could think about coming home was how much I felt terrible about the previous email and the fact I am a piece of shit for talking to such a nice old man that way especially when knowing his wife had really bad cancer a year ago..............
