hardest question for me as my band is heavily influenced by em.... so my top 5 ide have to say.. no place to hide faget kill you tension Prey for Me

everymetalhead is a poser...c'mon really.. difference is some of us pose for ourselves(or just want to show there colours to the world \m/) and other pose to try and get others to like them

so a band decides to push the creative boat out and makes a contraversial album that... sounds...''different'' and made you say ... hmmmmm... huh...well... ok A perfect example of this is.. metallicas st. anger or korns POT.. Even slayers diablus in musica so yeah would love to hear some opinions!

personally i like dubstep burt i understand it aint for everyone. and not that this is the case at all... but i believe some metalheads dont like some things things because they feel there not suposed to BECAUSE they are a metalhead.. anyone agree?? again im not saying this is the case at all l I do think maybe the dubstep should of been more aggressive and less comercial but other than that it was pretty cool

animals as leaders(djent,jazz prog metal) and powerglove(video game covers speed metal style) my fave instrumental bands!

suicide and redemption is by far my fave insrtumental by tallica

korn or deftones.. thing is linkni park had 2 nu metal albums and 3 well... 1 was heavy rock and 2 were pop.. does that make them nu metal?? nu metal IS alternative metal if you think about it its just specified what the metal is being mixed with... but my top 3 are korn deftones and skindred(there an english band that mix reggae, dubstep, dnb and jungle. you should check em outt)

I use drop G and drop gb(f sharp) i like flat tunings especially slow chuggy or open. i dont recomend this for fast stuff unless you have real tight string. If you like slightly loose string for the groove(or djent) then g or f# are great. but open f# is soo fun(or any open tuning)..
