This is the first new rerecording of the Seps stuff from the Cav brothers.

Don't worry, I only jest because it's not my house. If it was my house I'd probably run away.

It's more of a sleet when it does, but mostly when it's that cold it's foggy and wet. Snow is a rarity here, I think it's snowed up in the hills 3 maybe 4 times since I moved here 20+ years ago and even then it was so thin that you could barely call it snow. To get real snow we have to go up into the Southern Ranges which is a few hours away in any northerly direction.

I'm just thankful that while we get a few mornings below freezing, we don't get snow.

It was 0.3 yesterday at 4am when I was out checking the fences and cows. It had risen to about 1.8 by 6am

And I'm saying that I'm glad I'm not the one alone in a haunted house!
 

FARK, I shouldn't have asked. It was nearly freezing here yesterday morning. It's not even winter and I'm already wishing it was back in the mid 20's.
