What's up my dudes! I'm kind of new in this forum so they said for me to introduce myself. So, i am a teenage metalhead, guitar player and crazy for moshing. My favourite genres are thrash, death, grind, black, doom and stoner. Hope to make some buddies around here!
You could:
1 - take your dad but have him wear earplugs and a blindfold the whole time. Tell him it's part of the fun.
2 - fly one of us over to pretend we're your dad. Several of us are probably old enough to be your dad, so this could work. Might have to pay us extra depending on who's playing.
3 - show your parents the lineup, and when they say no, freak out. Rip your clothes off, set fire to your hair, throw some blood or feces around, yell "Hail Satan", pretend to have a seizure... something to show them how important it is to you. This should convince them.
4 - scrap the whole thing until you're old enough to go by yourself.
5 - run away from home. Acquire fake ID. Join a traveling circus.
6 - tell them about the show and calmly explain that it would mean a lot to you if you could go, even though you don't necessarily agree with or enjoy all of the bands, because you love the music.
I hope one of these fantastic options winds up working out for you.
(I should probably also add a disclaimer here: I don't actually advise running away from home and I don't recommend the thing with the fire and blood and feces. Try option 6.)
