    Omeprazole Teva. Gastro-resistant capsules. But me and meds don't get on, either they don't work, have an opposite effect or I have about every possible side effect. This one is the latter... They seem to be working though... Just hope I don't have to be on them too long, I was told I could be on them for life, depending what comes from the colonoscopy. Something to look forward to... :(

     

    On topic: I find myself catching feelings (I have to admit it's mostly lust) for an Irish guy I know in England, we have been talking a lot lately on chat and Skype and I am not sure what to do with myself. I know he likes me too and he is far enough away from me to not get in the way of my independence but he is so not metal and I really don't need any guy in my life right now. So I'm confused and don't know if I should stop talking to him or just see where it goes. Doesn't help that I can't think clear because I'm still sick.

  2. My dream vacation is not a particular place, my dream is to buy a camper, throw my kids and dogs in the car and just drive off for the weekend or during school holidays. Could be anywhere, I don't care where. Drive around Ireland is just fine with me, as long as we are together and everyone is happy...

  3. I lost nearly 5 stone a few years ago. Gained a little again and lost 2 stone again in the last 6 months. My problem is that I keep losing weight and lose my curves, losing weight has never been a problem to me, staying on the weight I want is. You should also realize that when you lose weight the fat goes but the skin doesn't. My advise is to watch what you eat, ingredient wise. Don't go for ready made meals, don't go for ready made sauces, check the ingredients in everything. If you can't pronounce it, your body won't recognize it and store it as fat. Keep away from sugar free products because they contain more shit that is bad for you than sugar has. Start using coconut oil rather than normal oil. Eat more fruit and veg but build it up rather than sudden changes. Don't try crazy diets, just cut out on the soft drinks, take away and ready made meals. Start cooking tasty dinners and cook 4 times more than you need. Freeze 3 portions and eat one so you have ready made meals for when you are lazy that are healthy. And eat at regular times before you get hungry, you will eat more when you are hungry. Don't be too hard on yourself, you can have a snack between meals. Go for dark chocolate rather than milk chocolate though and try to replace a snack with yogurt or fruit. And keep walking. An hour a day is enough. Don't rush things, the quicker you lose weight, the more problems you will have with excess skin. (I mean this all in the best way possible, hope I don't sound like an annoying so and so)

  4. Not great because I wasn't feeling too good but finished painting the living room. :) Just waiting for my order from nuclear blast which contains a few more flag posters and I'll be done completely. Done for now anyway. Opening the black paint tomorrow and starting the bed room...
