I think most people come here to hunt down Nessie. Mostly leaving sorely disappointed though haha.

Scotland's pretty good. I love it here in the Highlands. Luckily in Inverness there's quite an established alternative scene, however I dunno if it's mainly for scene/emo kids. Plus if and when I get sick of people, I just need to jump in the car and drive 10 mins and I'm in the middle of nowhere surrounded by grim and frostbitten woodland haha. We live very close to Loch Ness as well. It's pure beauty. My partner is very much in to his black metal, and he's loving it up here. I was a bit apprehensive about posting on here as I'm not very good at forums haha. It's nice to speak to some new folks though!

Hey folks! The reason I moved here is because I lived down in Oxford before and it was WAAAY too expensive to live, so Inverness seemed like a good idea as I'd spent a lot of my childhood here and it's a badass place to live. Not having friends here isn't a big issue, I can make them. Plus now I dub all of you my new friends and you have to be nice to me haha, or I'll throw trees at you. It's nice to meet you all. Where are you all from out of interest?
