Hi, everybody. I have been in a quest to find information about a song I recorded from a Metal radio show more than twenty years ago. I have the audio file. It was recorded from the radio to a cassette. I used to have a "Youtube" account / "channel", for eleven years: from 2006 to 2017. So, during those years I recorded it with a regular digital camera, to make it a "video" to upload in "Youtube", when I had an account there. I was hoping somebody could tell me some information, however, nobody did answer. Recently I converted the file from video format to audio format. And it is bad quality. What could I do, for you to be able to listen to the song? May I post it somewhere, or send it somewhere? I tried to research about free websites for audio file hosting, however I couldn't really find one. I don't know the title of the song, or name of the band, or anything. At first, and for years, I thought it was SWAN CHRISTY, however, it wasn't. And I have been trying to find out what band it is. I only kind of "understand" some phrases of the lyrics... and I tried searching them in "Google", with no good results. Some times I've had found songs writing some phrases of the lyrics, however, in this case, it didn't work. u_u So I guess this is a more difficult case, right? What could I do? Thank you!

"Raven" by DARK THE SUNS. A very interesting band from Finland I'm starting to know. They make Melodic Death mixed with Gothic Metal. Months ago I did listen to them; they did appear in the "related videos" in "Youtube", I saw some title that I found interesting. However maybe it was not the right time, nor the right song, I guess. And recently, I saw a recommendation of the song called "Sleeping beauty" in "Reddit". And I started to like them. It was like a second chance. So, I'm starting to know this band. It reminds me of another band, from when I was young.

Thank you! Ha, ha, "we viejitos" XD, yes, I guess. Well, I was born in 1982, however I look and feel much older. I wanted to put only the year of my birth, and I couldn't, so I chose the "not telling" option. About the language, thanks! I hope my 'engrish' can be a little understandable at least.

I did change a little some words, to adapt them better to describe myself. Hi, everybody. I share several characteristics with the character "Miss Havisham" (from "Great expectations" by Charles Dickens), that is why I chose it as a nickname. I am an old woman, I like Metal and some other music subgenres, I am new in this forum, I've read the rules (probably I will read them again, because I have a bad memory), and I am not an english speaker, sorry for my bad english. The sub-genres I like the most are: Gothic Metal (as you may have guessed by the song I did mention), Power Metal, some Heavy, Folk (mostly Viking), Doom (mostly Gothic Doom) and some Melodic Death. I tend to write too much, very long posts, so I hope to not bore you or anything. I'm not sure of how often I will be able to post, and for how long, because let's say I'm not living "the best" moment in my "life"... I apologize. However, I will try to participate, as I can.
