Jello Biafra had a cool side project called 'Lard' which I love.
Awesome. I used to listen to The Last Temptation of Reid quite a bit. That has a great Winston Smith cover too.

Pretty much my punk diet consists of The Sex Pistols ('cause everyone knows the fuckin' Pistols), Misfits, The Buzzcocks, and Minor Threat. Could do with some more of this in my life honestly.
The Damned - Damned Damned Damned is classic, definitely worth checking out. More stuff: Fear - The Record, Black Flag's Everything Went Black, The First Four years (both are compilations of their early material before Henry came in on vocals) and Damaged. Also Circle Jerks - Group Sex, Bad Religion - How Could Hell Be Any Worse? Suicidal Tendencies - S/T, Bad Brains - S/T. There's more to list off if you like these and natassja's recommendations.

Fun Venom? This might work.

Genesis - A Trick of the Tail

3/10 Gave it a few listens, but nothing caught me. I did like how it had that slow, subtle tension all throughout the song then swelled up.

I just watched that. Johnny had that look on his face right after it happened kinda like in the movies when a big guy gets punched in the face really hard but it doesn't affect him. Like "Now you're fucked." Yeah, Johnny's a pro.

Also Shadow Of The Colossus on PS2 super under-rated game.
It is, and the soundtrack is amazing. The last console I bought was a PS3 and I picked up the HD remaster of Shadow of the Colossus on PSN. I wanted to play that game for a long time, but never had a chance to. So I played through it, got to the final Colossus and after several tries, started to get the idea of how to beat it. Then the game froze up and my PS3 turned itself off only to never come back on. The board overheated around the power source and melted. I was more than a little bummed out lol. I still haven't gotten to finish the game; might try it again someday.

Whoa. That's a lot to take in. I can't be too harsh on it because it is technically impressive, but it really isn't my thing. I'll go with 4/10.

4/10 - It's ok, but I never cared for it.

I think Keith Morris did great on the Nervous Breakdown album. It's hard to decide whether he or Henry Rollins was the better vocalist for Black Flag. I guess it depends on what song it is.
That's true. I used to have My War and Damaged, but got rid of them for some reason. Still have In My Head. And yeah, can't bring up Keith without mentioning the Circle Jerks, another great band.

Should have, yes . I need to get more Poison Idea too. All I have right now is Pick Your King.

I once faced a similar dilemma. What you have to realize about one of these festivals is that everyone is there primarily to hear the same music and have a good time. At the festival my friends and I went to, I found that some people danced and some didn't. But I got along better with the ones who did. My friends didn't want to dance, so we got separated in the crowd. So what I learned is that you can dance if you want to. And you can leave your friends behind. 'Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance, well, they're no friends of mine.

Concrete Sox - Your Turn Next
Does anyone here like punk rock?

That rules, were they in costume when you met them? They'd both be interesting to meet.
Ah, don't know the Dwarves all that well, although I should. Maybe I'll dig into more of their stuff soon. Still need more Poison Idea. All I have is Pick Your King although I've heard more of them, like Kings of Punk, Record Collectors Are Pretentious Assholes (kinda ironic, eh?) and Feel the Darkness. I've been into Concrete Sox and Heresy lately and I just got a copy of Broken Bones' Decapitated. Also been listening to a lot of TSOL.
