I would say that metalcore comes from the 80s hardcore punk bands,but then the ones who took it to the next level would be Pantera,for example if you listen to Lamb Of God,they are pretty similar to Pantera,the same with many modern metal bands... but Im not sure,thats just my theory,search it up.

Hello Metalheads,this community seems fucking awesome,anyways i just wanna do a quick introduction.I love Melodic Death Metal,Black Metal,and Thrash Metal(all in that order),My favourite bands are Arch Enem,Slayer,Amon Amarth,Children Of Bodom,Mayhem,Darkened Nocturn Slaughtercult and so on...I live in a small town in England,I love Metal,I like having a laugh etc...So if you see me comenting around,you´ll know who I am ,Stay Brutal Metalheads \m/
