Band asked me to post this info, help them, they are good guys and you can trust them; ------------------------------------ Crypts of Despair DEBUT ALBUM | Indiegogo The people behind the music We are a three-piece death metal band called Crypts of Despair. The band consists of Jonas (bass & vocals), Dovydas (guitar & vocals) and Simonas (drums). We started rehearsing back in 2009 and our first show was in 2011. Since then we have been performing live on a regular basis all over the country and hope that 2013 will be the year our music crosses Lithuanian boarders. This is where we need help. In 2012 we recorded our debut album. Everything was just about ready for the public, but due to forces beyond our control there is no more debut album. This year we hope to re-record our debut album and release it to the public. With help from You, we can have a second chance at bringing our music to people outside the local scene. This album might just help us get noticed elsewhere and get shows outside of the country. Funding distribution The estimated ammount of money is 850€. This money will go to the recording, mixing and mastering of the record. Also, any remaining funds will go to printing promo CDs which we intend to send to record labels and media representatives. If the campaign fails to meet the expectations, we will try to compensate the remainder by ourselves. Perks As our way of thanking you for your donations, we have prepared some perks. From simple stuff as a digital download to CDs, band merch and other goodies! What it means to us Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated! We are a band of young musicians who just want to play the music we love and hope our music reaches more and more people. The band's only goal and rule is do what you love and have fun doing it. It's literally tons of fun to go on the road, hang out with other musicians, our fans (who sometimes even become our friends), and we don't want anything to stop us! We've already achieved a lot - we've played countless shows all over Lithuania, participated and won many battle of the bands-type contests and recieved generally high reviews from the local metal community and it's media. However, we don't want to stop just now. We've taken the leap, all we need is a little boost. This record may just break the first barrier towards our dream! Money isn't the only thing we need! Since the band started our only promotion was word of mouth. No spamming, no ad campaigns.
