  1. Re: Who do you really, really hate... I'm biased as a soccar fan, but I would have picked my battle with Nascar fans. Or any kind of racing, really.
  2. Re: favourite food/drinks/restuarants My favorite Indian so far has been my brother's wife's cooking. Her parents are from India nad she lets me help her cook; when I got back home from visiting them in Phillie I was using Jhiru (I think it's spelled) for weeks. And I love going to ethnic resaurants and groceries and being asked "You like/ know that's intestine/brain/tongue/etc? You like Salt fish? You like Spicy? You like preserved vegitables?" Because I understand WHY they're asking. But, yes, I do.
  3. Re: 20 Reasons I'll never See "Rock of Ages" I really can't stand that Brand comedian. I'd sooner belive Jar Jar Binks as metal. This movie is just not intended to be enjoyed by metal fans, period. We're not a big enough audience to make the kind of money they want out of this thing, which is kind of depressing since there is probably enough money from the fans of Glee and Rock of Love alone. Let them waste their money. As for AC/DC at sporting events, playing them and Black Sabbath gets me way more pumped than top 40 crap, though I understand what you mean.
  4. Re: favourite food/drinks/restuarants You know, they say that, but when I was in Europe, all of the "crisps" I tried that weren't just American chips (which I didn't see much of, not that I ever thought twice about it) had a really different consistancy than ours. It was a pleasant consistancy, but they were lighter and crispier than ours... almost like Pringles. Not that I eat chips regularly. Most of my favorite foods are fruits and vegetables.

    Hey.

Just wanted to say "hi" before posting in the forums. Obviously by my screenname I really like Iron Maiden and that era of metal, along with a variety of other stuff. I don't really have any metal-head friends offline, so I hope to have some interesting discussion and hear some new bands which I wouldn't be exposed to otherwise. I like metal from all over the world, but I'm going through a big Immortal phase and want to get into some more black metal. Thanks for reading, this forum looks like fun.
