Re: The best Power Metal bands Sabaton are the best Power band on the planet. As for all their songs sounding the same, isn't that true of 90% of bands, especially DragonForce and you seem to like them. Along with the bands already posted I like... Hi fellow metalheads I'm a 31 year old metalhead. I've been into our glorious music since I was 11. AC/DC was the first band that opened my ears to real music back in 1991. I love most of it, Heavy, Power, Thrash, Death, Folk, Melodic, Symphonic, a little Black (mostly Atmospheric) a little Metalcore/Hardcore (most of it is crap) a very little Nu (yes that's right, I admit it, it's my little guilty pleasure) I cant stand Deathcore. I also like Hard Rock and Punk Rock.
