    CODEX installer music

As a forward I want to state that I am NOT requesting torrent links or anything illegal. I've heard some of the synth sounding music the game crack group CODEX puts in all their installers and other than scattered youtube videos I haven't found a collection of it. I know they used to, and may still, put out chiptunes that I really like. Anyone have any more info on this? The song featured in the new Dragon Quest game's installer is especially cool and has an 80s rock/synth sound.

    Anger Management

Best described by a friend of mine as "being sandblasted in the face". An amazing progressive-death band and song.
  3. An entirely amazing melodic metalcore sounding offering from a nearly unknown band that I'd highly recommend. I imagine being Czech that English is their second language but you wouldn't be able to tell.

Who are your current top 5 bands?

My top 5 of all time are (in no order) Dark Tranquillity, Septicflesh, Insomnium, The Black Dahlia Murder and Amorphis still a hard choice

    More toad than Human

Hey there, metalheads My first real experience with modern metal was around 2005 from a friend I met on World of Warcraft. He suggested Trigger by In Flames, and Soilwork which was the impetus for my melo-death boner. I also love progressive, doom, gothic, black and metalcore. My first post on the forum was a song that has stuck with me this year, and I'll post it again here for anyone looking at my introduction.

Songs that have caught your fancy lately

I heard this song earlier this year as a prelude to the album's release and I've thoroughly enjoyed it and I think many of you will too.
