Doom legends Saint Vitus will play a special 35th anniversary show at Damnation Festival... performing ‘Born Too Late’ in full. The LA quartet will air their seminal LP along with a selection of classics on the Jagermeister Stage in Leeds, on Saturday, November 1. The doom stalwarts join headliners Bolt Thrower and reformed sludge outfit Raging Speedhorn on the bill, with 24 bands across four stage still to be announced. Guitarist Dave Chandler said: "We are very excited to be performing at the Damnation Festival for the first time and it's even cooler because we are doing it on our 35th Anniversary tour. Death metal titans BOLT THROWER will play their only UK show of 2014 headlining Damnation Festival.The Coventry quintet, who haven't performed on home soil since selling out London's Forum in 2012, will play the Leeds event on Saturday, November 1, in their only UK appearance for the "foreseeable future".The one-off performance - which will also mark the first time Bolt Thrower have ever agreed to appear at a British festival - will be a highlight of Damnation Festival's 10th anniversary celebrations, with at least 26 more stunning additions to be added across four stages.
