I don't agree with you on this, well maybe on the last album "Nightmare", but on the previous albums no, especially "City of Evil" and the Self-titled album, i think on those albums they are kind of unic. And thank for the recommendations I'll check 'em out.

I grew up with this two bands especially with Avenged and Syn's solos, so for me they are good, and yes if someone asks me what my favorite band is or favorite guitar player I say Avenged , i say Synyster Gates. I think It's just a question of what you are introduced with.

I agree with you that Avenged and Bullet are not metal, thou Avenged's new song is promising, i think the new album will defenitly be metal. I want a band with awesome guitar riffs, and solos ( thats why I like Avenged) I agree with Venessa, Pantera is awesome, i like them i started listening to them 1 year ago or so. The other bands you sugested i listend to them a little bit they sound good, but i wouldn't listen to them you now like every thay or something like that, I would settle more for a trash metal or hard rock band, I know I didn't ask for that in the beginig.

I need a new band to listen to, can any one recomend me a band like Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet for my Valentine. A band that has mixed vokals like Bullet and awesome guitar like Avenged?
