Hi everyone! Whether you're new to our music or you already know us, allow us to introduce ourselves briefly. We are The Hourglass, a symphonic/industrial/gothic metal band founded in 2010 in the city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania. In our project, we created a new style of metal by mixing different genres and combining them with a dramatic soprano voice. At first, The Hourglass was only a studio project because we didn't want to drown in dreams until we had solid proof that our ideas would work. A year later, the proof was in our hands: Requiem, a 5 tracks self-produced demo. The demo was received really well by the media although it was recorded with only basic studio means. The response from the public at our concerts was extraordinary both in Romania and in Germany, even better than we had dreamed. But now we want to record a full-length album and we need your help!!!
