BlastMediaPromotions's Achievements

  1. After organizers spent weeks of deliberating the hundreds of bands that were under consideration, it came down to a select few but in the end, "FALLRISE" was unanimously chosen to finalize the main stage lineup for this years Monster Energy Aftershock Festival to take place Sunday, September 23rd at Discovery Park in Sacramento California. The announcement was made public on Labor Day, shortly after FALLRISE received an email from Monster Energy confirming the news. FALLRISE is honored to share the stage with Stone Temple Pilots, Deftones, Chevelle, Bush, Oleander and Theory Of A Deadman, all of whom they greatly respect. This accomplishment takes the band to a heightened level of exposure and will help expand their notoriety, already a dominant force in Northern California, to other influential markets. Manager Frank James (Rage On Stage Management) says, "This great news came on the heels of a very successful video release "High On Misery". FALLRISE is destined and determined to be a major player on the west coast and without a doubt is now considered a strong regional act. Several major market radio stations have started to spin their music; the band is definitely gaining attention". FALLRISE is Sammy Karlin: Lead Vocals, David Gorman: Guitars, Matt Thomas: Guitars / vocals, Isaiah Abdul-Rahman: Drums, Anthony Grant: Bass

  3. FallRise, NorCal's top metal machine just finished their latest music video High On Misery for today's world debut ( http://tinyurl.com/8kma8zj ). Aiming to unleash visual simplicity, while keeping the riveting and jarring production in tact, producer / director William Condon has done an amazing job behind the lens. This video (edited by the band) definitely captures the experience and message that FallRise was hoping to convey. Having approached Sammy Karlin (Singer / song writer for FallRise) he said "This song is about using resentments, fears, and being spiritually sick to justify playing the role of a victim in life and being miserable. Needing those fears to be able to continue playing that victim role because you love it and own it; relax and just except the facts of this misery." FallRise ( http://tinyurl.com/9ajrrgt ) has embedded their brand of metal, thrash and occasional post punk into the brains of their ever-growing fan base. It's extremely evident they defined a sound that resonates with music lovers as they continue to make strides in dominating NorCals music scene and beyond. FallRise is sure to be a west coast regional contender in the year 2013. "I only see good things happening for FallRise. The demand for the bands live performance justifies this so we are focusing on bigger exposure in the festival market as well as short run tours mixed in. One great problem to have, is that FallRise doesn't tour too much, so when fans have that chance to see them live, they pack the venue." - Frank James of Rage On Stage Management.
  4. There are several honors that can come by way of a successful career as a band. There are awards given, there are gold and platinum records handed out, and there is the privilege of being counted among the best in music’s illustrious history through special inductions. On Sunday, August 4th, and after an amazing performance at the prestigious Wacken Open Air Festival, the Hard Rock Cafe recognized Circle II Circle (http://www.circle2circle.net) as being a prominent part of music history and as such created an awe inspiring display to pay tribute to their achievements.?? "It was a phenomenal week in Germany for CIIC. After an arduous day of travel, we had two incredible days of rehearsals in Hamburg before setting out to rock Europe's largest, loudest, and heaviest music festival; Wacken Open Air. Four days later we were inducted onto the memorabilia wall of the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg. Autographed shirts, guitar picks, and a cymbal will now be part of the same collection that houses iconic items from the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Sting, Keith Richards, and many others. We want to sincerely thank everyone at Wacken Open Air and the Hard Rock Cafe Hamburg for an unforgettable week and the amazing hospitality" - Zak Stevens.? Circle II Circle continues on with nine more dates for the Tour Of Magellan before coming back to the USA when plans of a three week tour and dates will be officially announced. Their US and Canadian manager Frank James, president of Rage On Stage Management (http://tinyurl.com/8st7q3c) says "I can't believe that CIIC keeps evolving and stays on track with their fans. Staying relevant as a band is probably the single most difficult thing to accomplish and I'm still seeing another 10 or 15 years of life in this band. It truly amazes me!!" Circle II Circle: Zak Stevens (Vocals) Mitch Stewart (Bass) Bill Hudson (Guitars) Christian Wentz (Guitars) Henning Wanner (Keyboards) Adam Sagan (Drums)

  7. Circle II Circle will be kicking off their Tour Of Megellan 2012 at the prestigious Wacken Open Air Festival in Wacken Germany. CIIC takes stage on the evening of August 2, 2012 and will be performing the Savatage album Wake of Magellan in it's entirety. It's without a doubt the show you'll want to see if you're one of the countless fans that have followed them loyaly!! This will indeed be a performance you don't want to miss. Circle II Circle features the voice of Atlantic Records recording artists Savatage from 1992-2000, Zak Stevens, and was formed in 2003 in Tampa, FL. CIIC currently has five world-wide releases to its credit over the last nine years; "Watching in Silence"(2003), "Middle of Nowhere" (2005), "Burden of Truth"(2006), "Delusions of Grandeur"(2008), "Consequence of Power" (2010) as well as four additional EP releases. CIIC fans will be excited to hear that they are working on their sixth album titled “Seasons Will Fall” and will be released with a date TBA in early 2013, with tours and festivals to surely follow. To put CIIC in a specific genre style isn’t easy, but you can expect every live show to deliver the high-powered thunder of that Southern rock-edged, progressive metal/hard rock sound that has become their unique trademark. As always you can anticipate a heavy dose of Stevens’ over-the-top power and ultra-melodic rock vocals leading the charge. The current live set offers a tribute to Savatage with all of the most requested songs from Zak’s era, intertwining a powerful collection of CIIC songs from the past decade; in short … one amazing concert!! Being able to reinvent themselves over and over again and staying relevant is extremely hard to do, and the fact that they are able to over-come this massive obstacle is something that very few bands have done. It proves that CIIC is here to stay, and with the recent signing to RageOn Stage Management, we’re told that lots of plans are in the works with this new merge and the buzz for more USA tour dates has started to gain attention from the media and loyal fans. Circle II Circle: Zak Stevens (Vocals) Mitch Stewart (Bass) Bill Hudson (Guitars) Christian Wentz (Guitars) Henning Wanner (Keyboards) Adam Sagan (Drums ~ Tour Fill-in)

  10. FallRise Announces Their Latest CD Release NorCal Metal Rockers FallRise announces their latest creation “Back From The Dead”; a compelling and riveting masterpiece keeping you on the edge racking your brain on what might come next. Heavy guitar crunches burn subliminal images while keeping the vocals tight and concise in a melodical sense with lyrics screamed relating to the message accompanied. Thunderous bass lines and heart throbbing drums sear the music from the outside keeping the center raw. The demand for their new release to be heard came at such high demand that FallRise has since release one of their amazing songs http://www.soundcloud.com/fallrise/selfless to satisfy their musical palate. When interviewed, Sammy K. (lead vocals) mentioned "The album, Back From The Dead, is a piece of art, with a story about a man’s journey through life; Dynamic in every direction, with a little something on it for everyone, from Heavy Metal to Rock, to Ballad type beauty.
