My name is Marcus and I'm new to the forum. Been playing guitar for 18 years and have been in and out of bands my entire life. Grew up listening to all sorts of metal and have been raising the horns since I hit puberty \M/
I went to college for music production to learn how to record my own stuff at home and have it come out sounding halfway decent. Anyways, fast forward to today. I've been working with my best friend across the country via Zoom during this pandemic to write and record a full length. We're almost finished with it, but I'd love to get some feedback to see what people think! It can start to get a little stir crazy listening to your own shit over and over again, day after day haha any critique, good or bad is greatly appreciated! We're looking for a vocalist to do some damage to these songs and bring them home so if anyone does vocals, hit me up! I'd love to collaborate!
These songs are gonna be for fans of bands like: Periphery, August Burns Red, Trivium, Of Mice and Men, As I lay Dying, etc. A lot of bouncy groove parts, riffage, big choruses, upbeat feel.
