Looking for Kill 'Em All innersleeve (Megaforce release)

Picked up a copy of the Megaforce issued version of Metallica's Kill 'Em All but it didn't come with the innersleeve/insert. Could anyone on this board help me out to acquire such? Need it in good shape as my record/jacket are in excellent condition and I want it to more or less match that. Thanks. -
