There's no "best". You can always buy a lighter set if you want to take it a little easy. They're supposed to feel a bit heavy and hard to press down as a beginner. You have to condition your hands to get used to them.

What I do for lyric's is start to put it in poem form, then I lengthen it, then add the chorus's then the instruments.... simplest way there is.
