I have a lot of love for the first bunch of albums with Chris and I appreciate the way they've progressed with George, but to me their peak was 'Wretched Spawn' the last few just haven't done it for me...I dont know if its the songwriting or production but I'd pass on everything from Kill onwards.

We had always been told that it was much better "up north" but we played a few dates up that way and it seemed to be more of the same, I hope somewhere has its shit together.

I'm from Kent and our local scene seems to be all Hardcore/Metalcore/Deathcore bands with a few death metal acts (my lot included) struggling to find regular local shows. Is there anywhere in the country that people consider to have a strong local scene, or is it shitty all over? Hey guys, Im Lou from Chatham in the south-east of England. I hope everyone's having a good one. I'm mostly into death metal and old-school thrash but will give most stuff a chance....My Sabbath vocalist of choice is Dio. I'm the vocalist/manager of death metal band Infected Dead, which is due to be launched in January and I've been active on the underground UK metal scene with various bands for almost a decade.
