  1. Re: [ask] how to play metal melody smoothly and cleanly take a look at these 2 pictures: 1. 303011_2121639092741_1598753812_2274120_1030117094_n.jpg as U said b4: "don't do bending too far", then how to do bending based-on the picture above? the picture above says that: I must bend the string (number 6) 2 1/2 notes, it means I must bend it too far, right? 2. 390292_2121639332747_1598753812_2274121_1462268967_n.jpg this is the thing that I really" confuse about. when I pick 15 (the 4th string), 18 is till ringing,,,, this 18 is supposed to be silent, cause I already pick it, right? so how to solve this thing?

  2. Re: [ask] how to play metal melody smoothly and cleanly hmmmm, I've just been playing that electric guitar, using metal effect, since 1 week ago. Aha!, maybe my muting technique is bad, Do U think so?. U know, suppose there're 2 notes that I will play (for instance: the first note is the 2nd string column 7, and the second note is the 1st string column 7), then I will pick the first note, and then pick the second note, right?, but the problem is: why is this second note still ringing? do U think this is bcoz my muting technique is bad? or what? for bending: yeah, indeed my finger, that I use for bending, always makes contact with the string either above or below it. so, how to solve that?

  3. Dear the Admin and all members, well, U know, sometimes when I play melody using metal effect, of course, other strings are often heard. other things like bending a string, and especially sweep-picking give a bad result which is other strings are also often heard on my guitar. when I bend a string, let's say the 1st string column 7, the upper string is also heard. so, could U guys please tutor me how to solve that, play melody smoothly and cleanly? thanx b4
