  1. I think that the albums below are the best for a beginner metal fan.

So, my list (without Thrash, Power, Glam etc)

Accept -- Breaker (or Metal Heart, or Balls To The Wall)

Iron Maiden - Somewhere In Time

Judas Prist - British Steel or Painkiller (but it's more Power-Metal disk)

    Saxon - Wheels Of Steel

    Manowar - Kings Of Metal

    Iron Maiden - Seventh Son...

    Iron Maiden - Killers

    Dio - Holy Diver

    U.D.O. - Animal House

    Warlock - Burning The Witches

  2. This is one of NWOBHM leaders on a par with Iron Maiden. I adore "747 - Strangers In The Night". All 80s albums are gold fund of Heavy Metal. But they also succumbed to fashion in the end of 80s and released a AOR/Glam album called Destiny (1988). The same situation was with Judas Priest (Turbo), Iron Maiden (Somewhere In Time).

Yes, musically quite good but I can’t stomach Peavey’s vocals any more.

Secrets in a Weird World is an all-time favourite of mine. Preferred his higher range back in the day.

I don't know why, but this new album reminds me albums  90s such as Trapped! (1992) and The Missing Link (1993). Except songs 1 and 2 which have tastle of death and groove.
