    Just sounds like you hit a plateau. It's a normal part of learning. Make sure you're not damaging your throat (if you think your tone is getting worse, you could be pushing too hard), relax, stay hydrated, stick with it.

  2. Hello my names Tyler, I feel weird using this as I've never used a forum before I was wondering if somebody could help me. I've been learning to high false chord scream for longer than a year now and I genuinely feel like I'm not getting any better there was a certain moment when I was progressing further and further and was getting complimented on my technique by friends and relatives including a certain relative that is in a band called life beyond but I feel like I've hit a wall and can't do it anymore some days I feel like I'm even getting worse at it and it kills my enthusiasm. Any tips/pointers for progressing?
