  1. Hey guys, check out my band Diceros. We just released our new song, "Happily Deranged". https://www.facebook.com/DicerosBand/
  2. I've been working on creating a metal merch shop. As of right now it consists of fairly mainstream bands but, I intend to open it up to smaller bands who may not be able to sell on Amazon in the future. Check it out: ShopMetalMerch.com Anybody here currently sell any t-shirts, hoodies, even mp3 downloads on Amazon, that would be interested in being listed on this? It's free promotion.
  3. Relentless, thanks! that's a lot to get started! I'm digging the pained vocals of Bethlehem! Alabaster, I can see that, after Nothing their sound changed a bit. Ah, ok, they must just be fans then. Either way, cool stuff!
  4. That main riff is pretty killer! Nice work!
  5. Alabaster, the guys in my band feel the same about BTBAM and TBDM, they don't get it! The Red Chord is awesome live. I like all of Meshuggah's music but I do like the newer stuff more. Obzen and Nothing kick ass. Koloss is pretty solid too. Explorers and Taylors are both very nice! My dad has a couple Taylors and they both play and sound amazing. I'm an Ibanez and Jackson guy. I have an Ibanez prestige which is my go to, a Jackson soloist as my backup. The soloist has the most character in terms of tone and appearance, (purple eerie dess swirl pattern) but it doesn't play nearly as smooth as the prestige. I also have an Ibanez SA, a 7321 and a Jackson Warrior. I play through a Peavey 6505+ and a Marshall 1960 cab. I listened to a bunch of the Black Harvest songs. I really dig it! Very nice production on it. I see a couple of my facebook friends already liked your band page, have you played in the Buffalo or Rochester area? Relentless, what are some good doom metal bands? I've been listening to Horn of the Rhino lately, not sure if that counts as doom... maybe just sludgy and slow. That sucks that you have to relearn but at least you kept at it. I'm sure that was frustrating. I wanted a Razorback for the longest time but somehow ended up with a warrior. Did you get one with a crazy Dimebag pattern? Thanks everyone for the nice welcome!
  6. I like anything guitar riff driven like Between the Buried and Me, Black Dahlia Murder, Gojira, Meshuggah, The Red Chord, Animosity and Cattle Decapitation. Cool! What are you into and what kind of guitars do you like/play?
  7. Hey guys! I'm new to the forum. I'm a big metal fan, play guitar in a local Buffalo, NY band for fun. I'm also working on building a metal merch site. I'll post more about both my band and merch shop in the appropriate places later. Any other guitar players here?
