Thanks folks! hadn't heard much of these guys until I saw this thread and decided to check them out. Awesome stuff, Soul Eraser is my favorite so far. Any suggestions?

Couldn't have put it better myself! Nothing more boring than a band that only focuses on guitar work (in my opinion) and everything else has to just sit in the background and praise them. Don't get me wrong, I love good guitar work but scales I find boring as hell. Dime did an awesome job of being able to make a melody sing out even during a solo for sure. Definitely an all time fav. for me and still find it hard to find a band I love as much.

Alright folks? Obviously I'm new here. I'm a fan of all sorts but love metal most of all. My favorites are a definite mix up with groove metal, everything from rock upwards really. Love Pantera, Tool, BLS, ACDC, Airbourne, Slipknot (old), Stonesour (older stuff), Korn (again, older stuff), Scar Symmetry, Haji's Kitchen (old again, starting to see a pattern here?), even Alter Bridge and Tremonti. The list is practically endless. I'm a drummer of 15 years, touring, recording, writing, got decent gear etc from Devon in the UK and was with a band called Karhu before the band died and we all went our separate ways (it's since been restarted with a different line-up). So that's me basically. Kind of awkward having to describe yourself lol. Who's around?
