Started watching Homeland. Only one episode in so no opinion really except that it was interesting enough that I'll keep watching. 

Looks like my wife's job interviews went well. Things are beginning to take shape. More updates on that when we hear something concrete. 
In the meantime, I'm trying to sell some paintings, hopefully it'll give us a bit of a boost. And I had a blast with my son yesterday - we walked by the water and stumbled on some cool parks, including this pretty amazing fountain/splash pad that had lots of nozzles in the pavement, arranged in what could have been a spiral or concentric circles, going off in different patterns at seemingly random intervals. All the kids there were going nuts. If getting sprayed with a garden hose is like getting shot with a shotgun, then this was like walking through a minefield. Highly entertaining.

On my mind, my son's fourth birthday today! We're playing with some new extensions to the wooden train set. He got up extra early and almost (literally) pissed himself because he didn't want to leave the new train tracks alone even for a minute. Good times.

Well, it's not Swedish, but fuck yes you're still on a roll. I've been looking for that album forever, and have never found a reasonably priced copy.

Watching the Evil Dead trilogy today with some friends, should be good.

Welcome. Don't mind Macabre, there are no "wrong answers" - he's desperately searching for a spark of human connection and would prefer honesty to a sugar coating. He wasn't too disappointed when I told him I'd actually thrown my shearling slippers away after discovering they were infested with moth larvae. 
He certainly won't try to track you down at your home, or anything like that.

We had our second baby yesterday. I've been trying to post a photo, but Tapatalk crashes every time I try, and Photobucket has been giving me error messages when I try to upload to them as well. Hopefully I can figure it out so that you all can see my beautiful little girl, but I wanted to check in either way and keep you guys posted. She's happy and healthy, and we're doing pretty well, much better experience than last time overall.

Despite being really tired (it has been a fucking hard week work wise) I am really happy and positive tonight.  Had an evening of sitting with the gf spinning records and playing with the cats and I am in a really good mood.

My news, just got an email from my Director and he has promoted me and handed me a nice pay rise.  Just what the doctor ordered.

Well ladies and gents, I think I can call that date a resounding success. It lasted two hours more than expected, and it only really came to an end because it was closing time for the cafe. And to be honest, I doubt she would have kissed me out of nowhere if it had't gone so well.

My resolution is to have a better year than 2015. That shouldn't be tough, because 2015 sucked ass.
